What You Got

Before you start, lay everything out on a flat surface and check it against the list for the kit you ordered. If anything is missing or damaged, reach out via support before you start charging or pairing.

Every IBIS set ships with:

Basic straps — 30 mm wide, silicone-backed straps (one per tracker)
Basic chest harness — the chest strap that holds the chest tracker
USB receiver dongle
USB extension cable
USB-C charging dock
USB-C charging cable
Spare parts: clips, screws (vary by run)

IBIS Core (6 trackers)

Premium set

In addition to the items above, the Premium set includes comfort straps (also marketed as premium straps — same product, two names) in place of the basic straps. See Comfort / Premium Strap.

Upgrade kits (sold separately)

If you added an upgrade kit to your order, it ships in its own bag:

Arm Tracker Upgrade Kit — 2 trackers + 2 basic straps for adding upper arms
Foot Tracker Upgrade Kit — 2 trackers + 2 basic straps for feet
Premium Strap Bundle — comfort/premium straps that replace your basic straps

A note on charge state

Trackers ship charged, but they may have woken up during transit. It’s normal for one or two to need a quick top-up before first use. See Charging.
